MOJO-CX©, built by TMAC, is the first of it's kind. We believe that when contact centres unlock the potential of their agents with technology - amazing things happen.
It's why we've built unique software that helps brands and companies listen to their customers, act on their preferences and lean how to their coach agents to success - all whilst putting agents in the driving seat. They are, after all, the people who interact with customers most.
We've been on this mission since 2014 but you'll be joining us at an exciting time as we near series-A investment with lots of existing interest from big-named clients.
MOJO-CX© are looking for a Data Engineer to provide technical support to maintain client data pipelines into our product platforms.
We don't expect applicants to tick every box, but level of experience will be a key differentiator.
The ideal candidate will:
Applicants must have a strong background in ETL/maintaining data pipelines. You will provide technical support to maintain client data pipelines into our product platforms. You should be technical, with passion for data and you’ll be comfortable with reading code to identify fixes and making changes. It’s also desirable for an applicant to have experience with manipulating audio files and have had exposure to transforming call centre data.
Whilst we support remote working, this role should be based out of Manchester or Nottingham.
These will grow as we do, but we already have some great perks:
A seriously fun place to work, full of expertise and people who are excited to be here. It's cliché, but there really is a strong 'work hard, play hard' attitude that brings everyone together.
One day I'm working with Product Designers on new features, the next I'm talking to prospective clients at exhibitions. Building products that meet the client needs continues to challenge me each day.
You can feel the excitement here every day. With our products leading (and redefining) the market, every other week we're celebrating another success. There's a lot of work to do but boy is it rewarding.
Being a part of TMAC has allowed me to expand my skill set outside the limits I had set for myself. As I learned to help drive amazing value from other people's conversations, I've learnt more about me as an individual and where my strengths lie as a professional.
It is great to work somewhere where UX is at the fore front of everything we do. Through my time at TMAC i have been able to hone my skills at all stages of the design process and see firsthand just how much every team hones into voicing our customers' wants.
