about me

With over 10 years of call centre experience, including as an agent, Lloyd worked his way into Senior Insight roles at TESCO Plc and NICE before joining MOJO-CX©.

His hands-on experience with across interaction analytics across both products and solutions helps Lloyd in his role as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Today, he spends most of his day rolling his sleeves up to get to understand our customers data and is pivotal in driving up to 29x ROI in identified opportunity.
