How do you integrate with the other software we use?

How does TMAC's speech transcription compare against the rest of the market?

Speech analytics accuracy is a tricky thing and depends largely on audio quality, environment, accents and many other factors. Nonetheless, we're confident that we're as (if not more) accurate than other providers. Each contact centre has unique parameters that affect accuracy and where possible we're happy to help guide you to improve yours.

Do you lockdown my data like other providers?

We know how annoying it can be when a platform doesn't let you export your data for further manipulation/aggregation with your other business systems. We never lockdown your data and make exporting easy.

Are you GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 compliant?

Yes, we only act as the data handler and as such you remain in control of your customer's data. Nonetheless we are dedicated to protecting your and your customers' data.
